The Birthday Boy

A certain little boy turns four years old today. He has been looking forward to this ever since I let it slip a few weeks back that his birthday was coming up. He was so excited that he woke me up at 5:30 this morning to ask me if it was morning yet and when I was going to start making his chocolate chip muffins for breakfast....

Here he is modeling his new shirt from Mom. As I type I can hear his tractor sounds coming from upstairs where he is happily taking his first birthday off of school.
Just a few things about John:
1. He is a great snuggler.
2. He always is eager to help.
3. He knows half of his alphabet already.
4. He knows more about tractors than I do or at least pretty close.
5. He loves going to the library.
6. He eats more than a teenager, well, almost!
