Caramel Corn

On New Years Eve I decided to make caramel corn. There was to be some for us, and some to take to our friends. In other words, I made a ton. :)

First pop a lot of corn. (in a pot, not the microwave)

Have John test the quality :)

Then mix up the caramel. (be sure to test this too. It may take several tries to be sure, so don't be shy)

Next, pour the caramel and pop corn together in a big container.

Get a strong young man to stir it for you. (you may need to test it at this point as well)

This third step may take several people. (its OK if they test it too)

Next, pile the caramel corn on foil covered trays.

The best method is to just dump it.

Place the trays in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.

Let the caramel corn cool a little, then break it into manageable pieces and put it in your serving dish. (you may need to test it at this point as well, to be absolutely certain of quality)

Enjoy! :)
