Planting the garden

Last week the kids and I planted the garden.

See? :)

John was the plant delivery man

Rosie was our amazing can put-er on-er. :)

And Becca watered everything in.

'Am I doing it right?' :)

Also, as you recall we planted potatoes about a month and a half ago... Well, this is what they look like now.
"The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will drop their dew. I will give all these things as an inheritance..."

Happy Birthday Becca

Becca's 12th birthday was two days ago, but we have been so busy I have not had time to blog about it until now. Shame on me!

A few random things about Becca:

  • She is a good cook
  • She loves the Chronicles of Narnia
  • She is great at photography
  • Little kids automatically love her
  • She has a servants heart
  • She runs the 'Chicken Out Hotel'
  • And she is quite beautiful
Happy birthday Becca! Thank you so much for all you do, and I love you!

Timothy's Photos

                           By: Timothy
I have been doing some photography and
wanted to share it with you
                                                                        Enjoy!

   I like this one too

Carry on!

None of us are really that little anymore, but none of us are too big to enjoy getting carried around. Apparently carrying each other around is a common occurrence because these pictures are from 3 different days. :)

Some people can carry multiple people at once...

Some people are even strong enough to carry people who are carrying people... :)
Benjamin, Timo, Becca, and John

My personal favorite :)

P.S. the title is a pun by the way. ;)

New Addition!

Benjamin recently purchased a guitar, and now in the corner where I keep my guitar there are two. :)

I have been helping him some in learning to play the guitar.

We have been having lots of fun. :)

"Now we will learn how to use a pick"

"If you drop it inside..." :)

Tada us! Nashville, you may want to run and hide! :)

Walk-Through Graduation

To my faithful blog readers, my apologies for not blogging in so long. However, as always, I am not without excuse. :) I spent the last week preparing for, helping with, and winding down from the 2012 NCHEA kid's conference. It was amazing as usual, but this year, it was extra special.

Laura and I graduated!!!

On Friday evening after kid's conference, we rushed over to the adult's conference for the rehearsal.

Our beautiful mothers. (an explanation for our amazingly good looks. :))

After rehearsal we got 'all done up'. Hillary was our amazing hair dresser.

And now the ceremony begins! Mr. Rehm the M.C.
